Refund policy
Ready-to-wear
Unworn pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Write to hello@achinbindlish.com within 7 days of receiving the piece. We will arrange collection. Once the piece reaches us and has been checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Return shipping within India is at our cost. International returns are at the customer's cost.
Made to order
Made-to-order pieces are cut and embroidered for one person and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellation is possible before cutting begins. We will tell you the date cutting is scheduled when we confirm your order.
Cancel before cutting: full refund
Cancel after cutting has begun: no refund
Once cloth is cut to your measurements it has no other use. We would rather tell you this plainly at the start than argue about it later.
If a made-to-order piece does not fit as intended, bring it back. Alterations on our own work are free, for as long as the piece is yours.
Sale pieces
Pieces bought at a reduced price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faults and damage
If a piece arrives damaged, or a fault appears in our work, we will repair or replace it, or refund it in full. This applies to made-to-order pieces as well.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photographs. There is no time limit on faults in our own workmanship, which are covered under repairs.
Normal wear is not a fault. Thread lifting after years of wearing is repaired, not refunded.

We do not exchange. Return the piece under the terms above and place a new order.
