Ready-to-wear

Pieces held in stock are dispatched within two working days of the order being placed.

Delhi NCR: 1 to 2 working days
Rest of India: 3 to 6 working days
International: 7 to 14 working days

Made to order

Made-to-order pieces are cut and embroidered after the order is placed. Production takes Upto 12 weeks, and dispatch follows the timelines above once the piece is finished.

We confirm a delivery date in writing before we begin. If we cannot finish properly in the time you have, we will tell you before you pay rather than after.

Hand embroidery cannot be rushed without showing. We do not shorten the work to meet a date.

Charges

Shipping within India is free on all orders.

International shipping is charged at cost and calculated at checkout, or quoted with your piece for made-to-order.

Duties and taxes on international orders

Prices shown include Indian GST for domestic orders. International orders are shipped exclusive of destination duties and taxes.

Any customs duty, import tax or clearance fee charged by the destination country is payable by the recipient. These are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot estimate them in advance.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned, the return shipping is deducted from any refund.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp when the piece is dispatched. If you have not heard from us within the stated window, write to hello@achinbindlish.com and we will find it.

Delivery

Orders are shipped through registered couriers and require a signature. Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel during working hours.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Address changes

Tell us before dispatch and we will change it. Once a parcel has left us, the address cannot be altered.

Delays outside our control

Customs, weather, strikes and courier disruption occasionally delay a parcel. We will keep you informed and follow it up, but we cannot compensate for delays once the piece is with the courier.
