Your online order is insured by Achin Bindlish during the transit time until it is delivered to you. For security reasons, all purchases made online require a signature by the receiver on delivery, at which point the responsibility of the goods passes to you.

Achin Bindlish and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. All the styles listed on the website include detailed descriptions regarding fabric, embroidery, and design elements to help you make an informed purchase.

Pricing
All prices on achinbindlish.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. For international orders, equivalent prices in USD may be displayed based on the prevailing conversion rate.
We do not offer discounts except during our official End of Season Sale. Orders require 100% advance payment for processing.
If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you to either cancel the order or make an additional payment for the difference.
Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on the respective product pages.
While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. You may also request a self-pickup from our Defence Colony, New Delhi studio.
Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which will be covered by Achin Bindlish unless stated otherwise.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
As a standard policy, Achin Bindlish does not accept returns or exchanges on any orders, domestic or international, unless:

The merchandise is received in damaged or defective condition.

There is a technical issue with the garment against the order specifications (e.g., incorrect size, color mismatch).

There has been an undue delay in delivery without prior notification.
In such cases, you must notify us at info@achinbindlish.com within 24 hours of delivery along with photos of the product. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Approved returns will be issued in the form of a Credit Note, valid for 6 months, redeemable only at achinbindlish.com or our studio.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment will be forfeited.
Sizing
Please refer to our Size Guide for accurate measurements. Our team will assist you in selecting the size best suited to your preference.
Product Properties and Wash Care
Our garments are handcrafted using the finest fabrics and artisanal embroidery techniques. Subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade couture and are not considered defects.
We do not offer dry-cleaning services for purchased garments.
Colors
While we strive for accurate color representation, variations may occur due to differences in screen displays.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
