These terms govern your use of achinbindlish.com and any order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them.

References to "we", "us" and "the house" mean the above entity.

What we sell

We sell two kinds of piece.

Ready-to-wear pieces are held in stock, listed at a fixed price, and bought through the site in the usual way.

Made-to-order pieces are cut and embroidered after you order. Some carry a listed price. Others are quoted individually, and are shown as price on request because the cost depends on cloth, embroidery and finish. In those cases we give you a written quotation before any payment is taken.

Prices

All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you place it, or the price in your written quotation for a made-to-order piece.

Quotations for made-to-order pieces are valid for 30 days.

International orders are shipped exclusive of destination duties and taxes, as set out in the shipping policy.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing, not when payment is taken.

We may decline an order. Reasons include a piece being unavailable, a pricing error, a delivery address we cannot serve, or an inability to complete the work in the time required. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.

Where a price has been listed in error we will tell you before proceeding, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Made-to-order work

Made-to-order pieces are cut to measurements taken by us or supplied by you.

Where you supply your own measurements, we confirm them with you before cutting. We are not responsible for fit resulting from measurements you supplied and confirmed, though we will alter the piece.

Cutting begins on a date we tell you when we confirm the order. Cancellation is possible before that date. After it, the terms in the refund policy apply.

Hand embroidery varies. Small differences between pieces, and between a piece and its photograph, are inherent to work made by hand and are not faults.

Payment

Payment is taken through our payment provider. We do not store card details.

Made-to-order pieces may require payment in part at order and the balance before dispatch. Where that applies we set it out in your quotation.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Set out in the shipping policy and the refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, designs, drawings, embroidery motifs and text, belongs to us.

Our designs and motifs may not be reproduced, copied or manufactured, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account details secure. Tell us promptly if a delivery address changes.

Liability

We are liable for loss arising directly from our failure to perform, up to the value of the order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a piece not arriving in time for an occasion where the delay is outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs, courier disruption, strikes, natural events and government action. We will keep you informed and complete the order as soon as we are able.

Privacy

Set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The version on the site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
