These Terms of Service govern your use of achinbindlish.com and any purchase made through it.

The website is operated by Fine Thread Overseas, a partnership firm registered in India, with registered office at Third Floor, D-49, Defence Colony, New Delhi 110024 (GSTIN: 07AAGFF6968C1ZA). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fine Thread Overseas. "You" refers to the user or customer.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately.

Our garments are made by hand. Hand embroidery, colour and finish vary between pieces of the same design. Variation of this kind is inherent to hand-crafted clothing and is not a defect. Colours may also appear differently on different screens and devices.

Product images are representative. The piece you receive will be of the design ordered, but will not be identical to the photograph in every detail.

3. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Garments

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are cut and finished to the measurements you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements submitted.

Garments are considered correctly made where finished measurements fall within half an inch (0.5") of those specified on your order. Variation within this tolerance is not a defect.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Alterations are governed by our Returns, Alterations, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Certain pieces are listed as Price on Request. For these, no price is displayed on the website and no purchase can be completed online until a price has been quoted and agreed. Contact us to request a quotation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are shown before payment is completed. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are not included and are payable by you on delivery.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where:

  • The item is unavailable
  • There has been an error in pricing or product description
  • We are unable to verify payment or delivery details
  • We suspect fraudulent activity

Where we cancel an order for any of these reasons, any amount paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payment is processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details. Your use of a payment gateway is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, processing times, tracking, and international delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns, Alterations and Cancellation

Returns, alterations, refunds and cancellation are governed by our Returns, Alterations, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and the House of Achin Bindlish and Achin Bindlish marks — is owned by or licensed to Fine Thread Overseas and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Our garment designs are original works. Copying, reproducing or manufacturing our designs is prohibited.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Interfere with the website's operation or security
  • Use automated systems to extract data from the website
  • Submit false or misleading information

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, courier failures, civil unrest, or disruption to telecommunications or power.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any order placed through this website.
